Poor Quality Refurbished Attachments

Hi all Do you have attachments for instruments or drills with lumens. how are you inspecting the lumens as per AS/NZS 4187:2014;A6.4.2(a). I recently purchased refurbished attachments for Midas Rex. Upon receipt i inspected the lumens with my video inspection scope. I found rust,lint,hair and dried body tissue inside. The company sent 3 further attachments and they were in the same condition. They come packed as new with MIFU. I have taken this to Medsafe. I urge you all to be aware of what you are getting when you buy refurbished equipment and report it immediately.
