Message to Health NZ CSSD Managers and Team Leaders.

There has been considerable discussion regarding how Sterile Science members may be disadvantaged within the current New Career Framework. We would like to assure members that we are actively monitoring the situation and are working closely with the PSA to address these concerns. We remain committed to advocating for fair recognition and equitable career progression opportunities for all Sterile Science professionals.
