Immigration and Sterile Technicians Update

Following on from my previous post , today i had a meeting with Dr Martin Chadwick Chief Allied Professions officer at the Ministry of Health and Lauren Hancock, senior advisor ,Ministry of Health. The NZSSA has been asked to put together a list of  required qualifications and experience for any sterile technician wishing to come and work in NZ. This list will go to MBIE and Immigration for them to base their decisions on applicants wishing to come in and work. The list will be developed in the next 10 days and has to be with Immigration prior to the 29th May.
