Good news for PSA members who wish to undertake  study in level 5 Diploma In the newly negotiated MECA page 15 it states" the parties agree where a sterile technician is required or supported by their DHB to undertake formal qualifications the DHB should meet the cost of the course on enrolment rather than by reimbursement, where requested by the employee undertaking the qualification" No more having to wait for them to reimburse you
